Description

Following a career-ending accident, Danielle needs a fresh start. Despite crippling anxiety and OCD, she’s determined to rebuild her life and isn’t looking for a new relationship. Or a new Dom.

Coop being Hunter’s Master is a little unconventional. Hunter is gay…and has a boyfriend, Todd. And Coop is straight. They’re friends first, but BDSM helps Hunter keep his anxiety at bay. Since Hunter’s deep in the closet with his family, he can only be his authentic self around Todd and Coop.

When Coop’s relationship with Hunter—and Todd—gets more complicated, he rolls with it. Then Coop meets Danielle. Suddenly, Coop has to play Todd’s boyfriend for Hunter’s family. If Dani can’t pull off the role of a lifetime pretending to be Hunter’s fiancée, it could mean disaster for him.

Unfortunately, Dani’s health takes a dive. When Hunter steps in and steps up, will the two successfully go from being co-owned pets to far more than either ever expected?

I also have a book list you can download of all my Suncoast Society titles and the reading order.

Other recent releases you might have missed…

Ranty pants time.

Apologies in advance for this rant, but I’m in a mood today. I know that MOST of my readers are fantastic and honest, and this rant doesn’t apply to them. But for the few it does…

Now, I get stats in my website dashboard for inbound search terms. Every day, I see results like “read tymber dalton free online” or “free tymber dalton books.”

Um…seriously? If you walked into Walmart or Target and asked for stuff for free, do you think they’d give it to you? If you tried to take it without paying, would they let you?

That’s called stealing. And it’s a CRIME.

I’m NOT rich. I cannot make a living if people steal my books. I post freebie alerts ALL the time. Every day on Amazon, there are TONS of LEGAL freebies you can download to read.

The only current book I have “free” is the BookStrand app version of “kitten’s tale.” That means you need to download the BookStrand app. (See links above.) I do have three writing tutorials enrolled in KU that are “free” if you have KU.

Other than that, if you try to find my books for “free,” you’re stealing. From me.

Contrary to popular belief, writers like me are NOT rich. We’re scraping by just like everyone else. So don’t assume I’m sitting on my ass all day, wiping my butt with $20 bills, because I’m not. I have bills to pay. I have a shit-ton of home improvement and repairs I have to keep putting off because of the funds not being there. I have chronic health and pain issues and medications to take, so it’s not like I can just go out and grab a 60-hour a week job like I could 20 years ago. (Believe me, I wish I could, because the stress of having a stable, regular, predictable paycheck would probably help part of my cardiac issues.)

So if you’re just looking for my books for “free?” Please stop reading me. Seriously. Because you’re “loving me to death” as an author, and any other author you do that to, you’re loving their careers to death as well. It’s difficult enough for us to make a living as a writer. THIS IS MY JOB. If I walked into your place of employment and asked for you to work for free, would you? How would YOU pay YOUR bills, huh? Exactly.

Don’t give me the excuse that you can’t afford the books. If you have an Internet connection and an e-reading device/smartphone, you have zero excuses to give me that don’t equal anything but you’re entitlement-minded and a THIEF. Go download the LEGALLY FREE books on Amazon. Save up your money to buy books from the authors you “love.” Respect the authors you “love” by NOT STEALING THEIR BOOKS, or those authors will have to stop writing. There are also these amazing, magickal things called “libraries” from which you can go check books out–for FREE–and then take them back and get MORE–FOR FREE!

Oh, and FYI, most of those pirate sites where you DO go to get your “free” books? They infect your devices with malware. HAHA, Karma’s a bitch. They’re also frequently phishing sites looking to get hold of your credit card/personal data. So…have fun with that. I’m sorry, but if you’re stealing, you deserve it.

Guess what? I cannot afford every book I want. So what do I do? I save up for it! Meanwhile, I read LEGALLY FREE books. Meaning I look on Amazon and in their bestseller list, I pull up the free list and check those out. Don’t give me the excuse that you don’t know how to do that either, because I wrote a freaking post about HOW to do it. And I’ve had that dang post linked ON THE FRONT PAGE OF MY WEBSITE ever since I wrote it! I also subscribe to the BookBub newsletter, and others, that announce discounts and deals and freebies on books. Or I go on Paperbackswap.com and put myself on a wishlist for a book I want, if there’s a print version available.

Apologies to my readers who ARE great people and who are HONEST and who don’t steal. I love you! You all rock. And I know that most of my readers DO fall into the honest category and hate the thieves as much as I do.

Coming Soon

td-fireroad-tt-3On July 25, The Fire Road (Triple Trouble 10) will be released! Nope, not the last book in the series by a longshot, but it does tie up some loose ends. 🙂

BookStrand usually puts the books up for pre-order about 10-12 days ahead of the release date. Sign up for an account on BookStrand and go to my author page there and sign up for alerts. (No spam, just notifications of when a book is posted.)

Description

Elain’s realizing that, as head of the Triad, she must carefully balance her personal life with her higher calling. She’s learned the hard way that she can’t save everyone, nor should she. Sometimes, that means allowing painful things to happen, and keeping dark secrets from those closest to her.

But Goddess help anyone who tries to harm her loved ones.

Ain, Brodey, and Cail are slowly learning to trust Elain in her new role and to do her job, especially as they understand just how powerful she’s become. It doesn’t mean they like it, though. Especially now that she’s pregnant with twins.

Unfortunately, the greater good and countless lives are at stake. While Elain, Lina, and Mai struggle to break through the blockage clouding their visions, unseen dark forces are amassing. Now the key to their survival—and their happiness—relies on Elain walking that fire road alone.

And it’s going to be a bumpy ride.

Not sure if you’ve read all the Triple Trouble series (including the prequels)? I have the reading order on my series page on my website, as well as a FREE series summary guide (spoilers ahoy!) for those who’ve already read the series but want a refresher. It covers all three prequels and up through book 7.

Also, Beware Falling Ice (Suncoast Society 36, MF, BDSM) will release sometime in Aug/Sept 2016. So keep an eye out for that! Yes, still working on edits for The Great Turning books 2 and three. I keep messing with timelines and keep…well, mucking it up. (OCD and anxiety and self-publishing mixed together are a BITCH. LOL)

What am I reading? (What are you reading?)

Here’s the thing, I don’t write a lot of reviews. When I do, they’re usually either products, non-fiction books, or books way outside my usual genre. This is NOT because I’m lazy. I used to write reviews. However, with Amazon now doing funky things and randomly cracking down on people because of their relationships with authors, I literally do not have enough spoons to deal with that kind of nonsense.

What I DO do, however, is pimp the books I love and enjoy.

So…here’s some pimpage of my latest reads. 🙂 Some of these I read a little while back, but I went through to gather a list together of my latest reads. My Amazon affiliate codes are embedded. (See, book thieves? THERE’S a way to earn extra money. Pimp books and authors you enjoy on your website and build up a following and earn money from affiliate sales. You can set up a FREE blog through Blogger or WordPress. So don’t give me that crap that you can’t afford books.)

Unyielding (Tortured Love 1) by bestie Ravenna Tate (This is the great start to a new series!)

Still (Long Slow Tease book 1) by Ann Mayburn (FemDom, with massively Alpha hero, and sexy and HAWT!)

So Sweet by Rebekah Weatherspoon (And then see the next one as well…)

So Right by Rebekah Weatherspoon (These two books are satisfyingly yummy, IR, and older hero/younger heroine. Perfect length and loved them!)

Sinbad and the Winds of Destiny (anthology) My friend Max has a story in this antho, and the whole collection is worth reading.

Time Machines Repaired While-U-Wait by KA Bedford. I love this whole series of his!

Tales From the Bear’s Back Bar: What Would You Do? (Bear’s Back MC Club Book 1) by PT Long (FREE in KU, and it’s definitely NOT your usual MC book, and there’s no violence in it. MMMM+ action, and haaaawt!)

Beautiful Nightmare (1Night Stand) by Bella Juarez. (Haaawwwt!)

Crave by Sierra Cartwright.

Sound off in the comments what you’ve been reading lately! 🙂 I’d love to hear from you.

I have a spreadsheet of all my books under my various names with the buy links to all the vendors! 🙂

I’ve got a Facebook page!

Join my Tymber’s Trybe group on Facebook to keep up with the fun! 🙂

What I am currently reading is a really hot story called Rhymes with Orange by the well known author Tymber Dalton. Maybe you’ve heard of it or her? Loving it so far, like always.

Before that, I read Jay Crownover’s newest Installment in her Saints of Denver series, Charged and Sawyer Bennett’s Wicked Ride. Once I’m done with my current read, up on deck is Delphine Dryden’s Ride ‘Em then I think I’m going to try a new to me author, Chanel Cleeton, with her Out of the Blue.

BTW, last night I got into a Twitter discussion about a book I read last month, The Rule Book by Jennifer Blackwood. If you like your stories hot, quirky and very funny, give that one a try. It’s starts out great and just gets better.

I can’t agree with you more about the piracy problem. There are tons of options for people on limited budgets that don’t involve stealing from creators. How does anyone expect artists to be able to continue crafting stories for our entertainment if they aren’t fairly compensated for their work? I am fortunate to be in a place in my life where I able to afford my book addiction but when I didn’t, I haunted the library, traded books with friends and family and saved up to buy books. Nowadays there are many more options. So excuses are just that, excuses for doing something morally and legally corrupt.

I’m so glad you posted what it’s really like to be a writer. People need to know. Hopefully your words will sink into some brains and do some good.

I recently read Dominated and Mastered, both by Maya Banks. Really good books! I’m currently reading your book Hot Sauce and rereading the Black Dagger Brotherhood series.

From another chronic pain sufferer, I wish you the best and much success among pain free days.

I’m just getting started on The Will by Kristen Ashley on audio. I’m reserving judgement since the only other book of hers I read was really tame and boring. On the e-reader (yes, I read books in parallel) I’m about through the first book in the Avoiding series by K.A. Linde.
I feel you on the pirating, it’s deplorable…I had to smile when you got to the part about coming to my job and asking me to do it for free…of course I had to smile, cause people do that shit to me literally ALL THE TIME!!! The disadvantage of working with computers, people always want you to look at theirs for them, fix some shit, or fix their smartphone/tablet/printer, etc. The only person who EVER offers to pay me is my mom, and of course she pays me in homemade dinners and kisses, so hard to pay the bills with that…
