When you need a job done right, you need to call… the Drunk Monkeys.

Writing As: Tymber Dalton

The A-Team meets Mad Max meets The Walking Dead (without zombies). The Drunk Monkeys series is a MFM post-apocalyptic, near-future series (non-paranormal) featuring the men of the elite special ops military unit dubbed the Drunk Monkeys. These twenty men must work to locate and bring in the scientists who can stop the Kite virus from ravaging the world.

Unfortunately, there are those who want to control a Kite vaccine, and who will stop at nothing to try to ensure the Drunk Monkeys fail. Including a batcrap crazy preacher with apocalyptic delusions of becoming President of the United States.

There are ten books in the series, all of them MFM romantic pairings and HEA storylines.

Monkey Business (Drunk Monkeys 1)
Monkey's Uncle (Drunk Monkeys 2)
Monkey Wrench (Drunk Monkeys 3)
Grease Monkey (Drunk Monkeys 4)
Barrel of Monkeys (Drunk Monkeys 5)
Flying Monkeys (Drunk Monkeys 6)
Ice Monkeys (Drunk Monkeys 7)
Code Monkey (Drunk Monkeys 8)
Monkey See, Monkey Do (Drunk Monkeys 9)
Monkeying Around (Drunk Monkeys 10)

Notes:

OTG: Off-the-grid. What the Drunk Monkeys are ordered to do, basically meaning they’re in radio silence and operating completely independently to complete their last issued order until they’re ordered back in.

SOTIF: Special Operations and Tactical Infiltration Force. The Drunk Monkeys are SOTIF1. There are 10 known SOTIF units, but several others that are totally black-ops and unknown to everyone except General Arliss, who is in charge of the program.

TMFU: (tim-foo) The Massive Fuckup. The short-code for the events that led up to and include July 29, 2142 when China nukes North Korea after Kite-infected patients are released over the North Korea/China border.

I am really enjoying your “Drunk Monkeys” series. I recently finished Monkey Wrench and, as usual Tymber, you had me in tears while reading the emotional scenes (Marvin, Aunt Darla). I want to thank you for getting these books out so close together. I do not like reading a series with cliffhangers and then waiting a year or more for it to continue – I often lose track of where the plot line ended and then eventually lose interest in the series. I noticed on your “coming soon” page that DM 6 & 7 are listed but 8,9, and 10 are not but many other books are listed. Are you putting the last 3 in this series on hold? Tell me this isn’t so… Please! I love your books. Keep up the great work. Karen.

@Karen – Thank you! 🙂 Oh, I’m still working on them, believe me. I just had a couple of pushy Doms start screaming in my head that I had to bump in line. LOL Don’t worry, the rest of the Drunk Monkeys books will be coming soon.

I’ve been trying to wait patiently for the next Drunk Monkey book. I check back every couple of months, hoping for news, but still nothing. Is there a light at he end of the tunnel? I need a DM fix! I’ve reread the series three times now since the last book, I love them so much. Please oh please tell me a new one is in the works.

@Bea – Yes, I’m trying to get the last one finished so I can submit the last four books all at the same time so Siren can release them close together.

That is great news Tymber! I too have been waiting for the past year for my DM fix. It is a great series that has me anxiously waiting to find out what happens… will they find the cure? : – )
