The motion stands for itself. Thanks again to Courtney Milan for posting this. (I missed it when it first came out.)

Bottom line? If you don’t know what the fuck you’re doing in terms of law, hire a damn lawyer to work for you instead of filing pro se. Especially since (as you’ll read) @pubnt basically included information that made it EASY for the judge to deny their motion to stay anonymous.

Well, what do you expect from a troll who keeps claiming they don’t know anything, yet also keeps claiming they know stuff?

Boom…denied.

I made a comment when this first came out that I could feel the Judge’s eye rolling from half a continent away. By the time this case is through we may have to chip in and treat the judge and other courtroom insiders to Lasix surgery.

One good thing came from all of this. Someone managed to wretch PNut’s router away and toss it into the nearest large body of water. The silence is blissful and hopefully we can now see the #notchilled hashtag used for its intended purpose. News about the EC vs. DA lawsuit.
