31848-If-Daryl-dies-we-revolt-and-ri-9kI5*SPOILER ALERT*

Okay, you have been thusly warned. Continue at your own risk. (Much like the survivors going to Terminus…) We’ll have to wait until next week to see if any of what I’m about to say is right or not…

Here are my theories. Terminus is the cannibal Hunters from the books. Why do I say this? I think they have Beth (or…um, had her, maybe with a nice side of greens from the looks of their gardens).

Bob has survived a couple of other parties as the sole survivor. He now has a bullet wound that hasn’t healed, and a couple of episodes ago, after a fight with walkers, Sasha thought Bob was bit and he said no, it got him on the bandage…

Dale, who’d been bit, was the victim of the cannibals in the books. He then informs them that they’d just eaten tainted meat.

When we see Tasha Yar (Denise Crosby) turn to the new arrivals at Terminus, there’s an empty, yet LIT grill in front of her. I think that’s symbolic of what’s about to be served. (THEM!) “Let me make you a plate,” is probably code for, “I think you’d be nice served braised, with baby carrots.”

(EDIT: Someone told me there was stuff on the grill, two hunks of meat, and I didn’t see it at first. I went back and looked at a still, and yes, they’re there. But I still think it’s symbolic they’re coming up on a lit grill like that, almost like it’s a sacrificial altar. Someone else said Mary was wearing Beth’s sweater. I looked at Mary’s sweater, and Beth was wearing a country club preppy sweater she got from there, so they don’t look like the same sweater, unless it’s an older one. Except that when Beth and Daryl escaped the prison, they basically had what was on their backs and his crossbow (remember they hid in the trunk of the car). So I don’t know about that.)

We already know that the show-runners slip stuff in, little clues here and there. Last week on The Talking Dead it was revealed that Carol and Tyreese were working on a puzzle of…Carol’s daughter.

I don’t put it past the show-runners to slip something in there like that. We already know they’ve been dropping clues in there.

It’s too soon to introduce Neegan and his timeline into the show (which has been said that they will eventually do). There are no zombies outside Terminus. Why? We already know from Woodbury that appearances are deceiving. Why are the gates UN-FREAKING-LOCKED!!??!!

There’s an online sneak-peek trailer of next week on AMC where Rick is teaching Carl about animal snares, and showing how you place them on trails and set it up so it funnels the animals through the snare.

Duh.

Also, hang on to your hats, Glenn burned Maggie’s picture after she convinced him to do it. I really thought he was going to bite it (haha) tonight because Steven Yuen was on The Talking Dead, but no, he made it one more week. But…I know what happens in the books. However, that happens in Neegan’s timeline. Yet, they’ve done stuff by jumping around before. (Killing Andrea and turning Carol basically into Andrea from the books, etc.) So while I don’t think it’s Neegan’s place, it’s possible Glenn could have an issue here.

But Beth is missing. The zombies were sent into the funeral home as a distraction so someone could grab Beth (I’m pretty sure of that). Beth in the books died early at the prison. She’s already overstayed her time. (Then again, Daryl and Merle didn’t exist in the books, and by now Rick should only have one hand, and they never went to the CDC as of this time, at least.)

So that’s my theory. Terminus-cannibals. Beth-gone. Bob-going. Glenn-possibly going, maybe hanging on for the cliff-hanger.

We’ll see what happens next week. What are your theories? Feel free to sound off in the comments.

I didn’t read the comics, but I did do a little digging about Terminus. I’m kinda leaning on the cult factor. It’s all a tad freaky that they all just waltzed in there with unlocked gates & crazy Mary meeting them. This place is gonna be worse than Woodbury personally.

@Kim – I agree with you, it’s going to get really ugly, really fast. And Rick’s not even there to escalate it. LOL

I expect Rick & them along with Daryl to show up next episode as well. That’s when we’ll just get a tiny glimpse of what is possibly going on there. Ugly isn’t even the tip of the ice burg!! Hide & watch is all I’ll say. LOL

Yes, it’s going to get real ugly. It’ll be the prison group re-grouping, and not only going up against whoever is at Terminus, but also against the group Daryl is currently with. Darryl saw the candy wrapper. I think he used the strawberry as an excuse to get a better look at it, and he’s a tracker. He probably thinks the person they’re after is Rick or someone from their group, so he’s hoping to reconnect.
