Yes, I went through the instructions to do a hard reset on it. I’m going to have to contact their customer service and see about getting a replacement.

    I just called about mine loosing flights of stairs when it syncs or not counting them at all. They sent out a replacement without me asking for one. I just wanted a resolution of some sort. The rep started asking for which color and size and that they are replacing it for FREE! No hassle at all šŸ™‚
