Yesterday in Romlandia sucked balls. First, we’re dealing with #cockygate.

Then RT announced they’re closing, and this is the last convention. (Although there will be a new con in its place.)

Then we learn that Kindle Worlds is shutting down.

Just…fuckballs, people.

Fuckballs.

So…

Opening the comments here to crowdsource a list of book conventions. Preferably romance-centric ones, but doesn’t have to be. Obviously, the RWA convention. Drop your favorite cons (and a link to their site) in the comments, please. (I might have to manually approve your comment if the spam filter grabby-hands it, but don’t worry.)

Once I get a list together, I’ll post the updated list as a central source. Even if it’s just a “little” regional con, that’s fine. Writers and readers will need to re-plan their travel budgets for the future, and I’m guessing some of these smaller cons will start to thrive now. (Which is good!)
