I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), osteoarthritis, and a cardiac condition that they can’t put a name to because they’re not sure what’s causing it. (The cardiologist thinks it’s related to my fibro somehow.) I use a regimen heavy on homeopathic methods and supplements, including essential oils, with the support and supervision of my GP. (With my body’s metabolism, I tend to blow through drugs that many people get relief from, so I’d rather manage it minimally so I can function and still have those heavy-hitters available to me later on.)

Learn your body, do your research, and communicate with your healthcare provider.
